Applying to La Salle

La Salle High School is a vibrant place where young women and men are deeply engaged in the process of learning. 1. Submit an Admissions Inquiry and Schedule a Visit to Campus
All prospective students and parents are invited to submit an Admissions Inquiry. The Inquiry is intended to help our Admissions Officers learn more about your prospective student, schedule visits, and reach out regarding other fun and exciting opportunities at La Salle.
2. Submit an Online Application for Admission

All prospective students are required to fill out an Application for Admission. There is an $100 non-refundable application fee due at time of submission. The application will also prompt for Interview Registration, references for the Teacher Recommendation, and information regarding Transcript Requests. Please contact the Office of Admissions with any questions or concerns.

3. Interview with our Admissions Staff
We require ALL students to interview with a member of the Admissions Team as part of the application process. Interviews are scheduled within your application.
4. Take the High School Placement Test and Essay
You will have an opportunity to register for the High School Placement Test (HSPT) on your online application, which is offered at La Salle High School on the second and fourth Saturdays of January. The cost of the test is included in your application fee.

If you take the HSPT at another high school, please have the results forwarded to La Salle. Please note that you will still be required to take the Admissions Essay. Please call 626.696.4365 to set up your appointment. 

Applicants for the 10th
 and 11th grades are not required to take the HSPT.
Please contact us for additional admissions requirements.

We also accept testing results from the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE). 
The ISEE code for La Salle High School is 570800.
5. Await the Arrival of Your Notification Letter
You have submitted your application, had your interview, filed for financial aid, and taken the HSPT. Now, all you need to do is keep your grades up, enjoy your last year of Junior High, and await the arrival of your Notification Letter!
